Direct Pediatric Care Pricing
We encourage the membership model with prices as below. We want Orca Pediatrics to be your child’s medical home. This is a cash-only practice, out of network with all insurance policies.
We accept credit card, debit card, or FSA cards. Ask your tax professional whether you are able to use a health savings account (HSA) for payment.
Your child will still need insurance for unanticipated, high-cost needs such as hospitalizations, and for outside services as noted on this page.
Families with multiple children pay a maximum of $300/month, no matter how many children are enrolled.

Blood tests and imaging (X-rays) are not included, but are available at affordable rates or may be billed to your insurance.
Monthly Fee Includes
Regular well child visits and sports physicals
Unlimited sick visits (acute and chronic care)
Routine vaccinations
Unlimited emails, texts, and urgent phone calls
Telemedicine visits when appropriate
In-office lab testing
School/camp/sports physical forms
Coordination of medical care with specialists, therapists, and schools
Developmental and behavioral screenings
Counseling and guidance (nutrition, development, sleep, behavior, parenting, and more)
Procedures: laceration repair (glue, sutures), splinting for injuries, abscess drainage

Birth to 23 Months

Includes two post-partum home visits in the first month after birth
2 to 6 Years

7 to 21 Years

Outside Services
Services outside of our office such as X-rays, labs, specialist referrals, or procedures are not included in the membership. They are, however, generally covered by insurance and the claims will be submitted on your behalf by the relevant entity.
Fee for Service/One-Time Visits
Not ready to be a member yet? We also offer one-time services outside the membership model:
Sports physical or well-child exam – $200
Acute care visit – $150
Cancellations
You are free to cancel membership at any time without fees or penalties. If you cancel during the month, payment will be pro-rated. Although, we discourage “start and stop” coverage, as this undermines the advantage of the DPC model, which is its unparalleled continuity.
